Cassie founded HAT Consulting out of a genuine passion for people and a deep belief that how you treat your employees is a reflection of how you run your business. She holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Oklahoma. She brings over 20 years of experience across industries and organizations of all sizes, including healthcare systems with over 10,000 employees. She has led HR through complex environments, built people programs from scratch, and coached leaders to show up the way they always intended.

When she is not working, Cassie is probably laughing too loudly with people she loves, sneaking in extra time with her dogs, or finding any excuse to be around good company. She brings that same warmth and energy to every client she works with.
